Alaska, Hawaii, PR, APO/FPO– We ship via USPS Priority or we ship via UPS 2 Day Air. This is not free shipping, please choose the correct ship method at time of purchase.

International-On orders shipped outside the USA there may be local customs or duties. Import duties, taxes and charges are not includedin the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

At this time, we are only shipping Internationally to Canada and the UK. We can only accept orders to the UK via PayPal.

Shipping to your Credit Card billing address is the quickest way to get your order processed and shipped. If shipping to an alternate address, please contact the 800 number on the back of your card and add the new shipping address as an alternate address on your card.

• We offer a customer 21 day return privilege policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number, please call us toll free at1-888-9-344-344.
• Returned packages without proper RMA demarcations will be refused by our warehouse and returned to you. Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the UPS shipping calculator.
• All returns are subject to a 5-15% restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Any insurance costs are non refundable.
• All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card. A: We ship within 1 business day. After we ship, we will send a tracking number to your ebay account.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We currently ship to the USA, Canada and the UK. Shipping internationally to the UK and Canada has separate shipping charges. If you are not sure about the ship cost, contact us before you purchase.

Q: Can you ship as a gift to avoid duties to Canada or the UK?
A: No, we cannot. Duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees are part of the price of ordering across the border. There is nothing we can do in order to help you lower them. Sorry.
