Please contact customer service for all return/exchange requests at 1-888-93-DAVIS (32847) to ensure a successful process. All returns must have an RA# to be processed.

Once you have received an RA#: Please clearly display the RA# on the outside of the shipping box or label in order to quickly process your return. Items being returned; shipping/handling/insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 48-72 business hours for a return to be processed. Please do not write or mark the original manufacturer's box (this can result in a restocking fee or void of return).

Unopened returns are subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee.

Opened returns are subject to a 5%-15% restocking fee.

All items that are final sale items (please see below) you must contact the manufacturer for warranty details.

Returns/exchanges must be returned in the same condition they were sent out. All included accessories, manufacturer packing materials and blank warranty card must be included in order to process your return.
