Video, our goal is to ensure full satisfaction with your purchase. If for
any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return it to us
within 7 days of receipt.

timers must show less than 100 minutes of use.

All returned

Warranty and Return Policy

with a 30 day warranty. Equipment is guaranteed to work, regardless
of its cosmetic condition and is to be free of any defects unless they have
been clearly stated in the item description.

unauthorized returns
will be refused and returned to you by your shipping

responsible for the safe delivery of returned goods. We strongly urge you to
use a carrier who will insure and provide delivery tracking for your
returned product and we suggest that you insure the package for the full
value of the product.

In cases where we have made an error in filling your order,
we will reimburse you for the standard, (not expedited), return shipping
charges. Otherwise
return shipping
charges are your responsibility and are strictly non-refundable.
